As is well known, there is a lot of philosophizing and discussion about good friction on the rock and in the hall. The right chalk on your fingers often plays a big role. The subjective perception ranges from absolutely grippy to just before soft soap. Almost all of us are familiar with the following situation: You reach into someone else's chalk bag and in a split second your gaze turns to the owner in horror. How can you even hold on to something with this ???

I, too, have gained experience over the years and have always ended up using Gaudi Chalk . It has a few properties that are particularly important to me.

1. The consistency and grain is just right. Not as soft as powdered sugar and not as hard as block chocolate, but right in between. After chalking and then smacking or blowing off , the remaining film on the fingers feels very grippy, assuming there is still skin there. :)

2. The packaging consists of a simple paper bag without much printing or frills. For environmental reasons, in my opinion it is a must for consumables in climbing.

3. Last but not least, price is an equally important criterion . Sometimes incomprehensible prices are quoted, especially for chalk . For me, Gaudi's price-performance ratio is right. Full chalk bag and there is still some left in the other bag.

All in all, I think it's a very good product that I can offer you with a clear conscience based on my own experience.
