It has a capacity of 300ml, is made of metal and has a durable enamel coating. Only the drinking rim is free of coating, as this is where the coating can flake off during heavy use and becomes somewhat uncomfortable for the lips when drinking (my own experience). Enamel cups are durable, light, hygienic and, last but not least, absolutely timeless. Information about the material enamel

Enamel consists of the natural raw materials quartz, feldspar, soda, borax, aluminum oxide and other metal oxides. These are melted onto the iron core at 850 degrees. This creates a durable composite material with a non-porous and smooth surface.
